Terms & Conditions

Using this website

Please use this website lawfully and provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Website information is general information about our services and is not a diagnosis or a substitute for individual clinical advice.

This website and its contact form are not for emergencies. If you need urgent medical help, contact the appropriate emergency or urgent-care service.

Appointments and treatment

Appointment requests are subject to availability. Please provide complete and accurate information relevant to your appointment, and tell your physiotherapist about matters that may affect treatment. Treatment recommendations are made following an individual assessment and may change as your needs are reviewed.

Individual outcomes vary, and no particular result can be guaranteed. You can ask questions about proposed treatment, alternatives and any concerns before deciding whether to proceed.

Fees, deposits and cancellations

Current service prices and durations are shown on the website. A £20 deposit is required to secure individual appointments; the remaining balance is payable at the clinic. Package prices are payable at purchase.

Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling and missed appointments are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before booking. Any package-specific terms will be provided when the package is purchased.

Website content and availability

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and available, but services, prices and availability may change. We may update or temporarily suspend parts of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information submitted through the website is handled. A contact enquiry does not itself create or confirm an appointment.
